By participating in our Free Ear Wax Removal Offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   o This offer is available exclusively to individuals who hold a valid Australian Pensioner Concession Card.
   o Clients must be eligible for the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP) and agree to receive ongoing hearing care through our clinic.
   
   
2. Offer Conditions
   o To qualify for the free ear wax removal service, the client must undergo a comprehensive hearing assessment at our clinic.
   o The hearing test is conducted under the Hearing Services Program (HSP), subject to eligibility criteria.
   o Clients must nominate our clinic as their hearing services provider for continued hearing care under the HSP.
   
   
3. Limitations & Exclusions
   o The free ear wax removal service is only available once per eligible client under this promotion.
   o If a client chooses not to proceed with ongoing hearing services through our clinic after the test, the standard ear wax removal fee applies.
   o This offer is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or valid with any other promotions.
   o If the wax removal procedure is deemed clinically unsuitable by our audiologist, alternative recommendations will be provided.
   
   
4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
   o Appointments are subject to availability.
   o Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice may forfeit eligibility for this offer.
   
   
5. Changes & Termination
   o We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

Grand Opening $200 Voucher Lucky Draw — Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   The promotion is open to individuals who sign up via the official sign-up form before the grand opening event. Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members of Audience Hearing are not eligible to participate.
2. Offer Details:
   • Ten (10) winners will be selected through a random lucky draw to receive a $200 voucher each.
   • The voucher can be redeemed against any product or service offered by Audience Hearing.
3. Voucher Redemption:
   • Each voucher can be used only once and cannot be split into multiple transactions.
   • If the total cost of products or services exceeds the voucher value, the winner must pay the difference.
   • If the total cost is less than $200, the unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward or redeemed for cash.
   • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Terms and Conditions – 7-Day Free Hearing Aid Trial

Eligibility

This offer is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are considering hearing aids or seeking a second opinion. Participants must undergo a hearing assessment with one of our audiologists prior to commencing the trial.

Trial Duration

The free trial period lasts for 7 consecutive days from the date the hearing aids are fitted.

Booking

This offer is limited to the first 20 eligible clients who book via the provided QR code. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to appointment availability.

No Obligation

The trial is completely free with no obligation to purchase. Hearing aids must be returned in their original condition at the end of the trial period.

Hearing Aid Return

Hearing aids must be returned on or before the 8th day from fitting. Failure to return the devices may result in charges to cover the cost of the devices.

One Trial Per Person

Only one free trial is permitted per person. This offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Device Type

The devices offered during the trial are advanced, AI-powered hearing aids. Specific models may vary and are subject to availability.

Exclusions

The offer does not include accessories such as chargers, custom ear moulds, or follow-up visits beyond the 7-day period unless otherwise stated.

Clinic Rights

Audience Hearing reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

Agreement

By participating in the trial, the client agrees to these terms and conditions and to follow any usage and care instructions provided by the audiologist.

FREE Hearing Assessment for New Clients Aged 60+

(Not Eligible for the Hearing Services Program)

Terms & Conditions

Promotion Ends: 31 August 2026

1. Promotion

If you’re aged 60 or over and are not eligible for the Australian Government Hearing Services Program, we’re offering a FREE comprehensive hearing assessment with a valid GP referral. Your assessment will be bulk billed through Medicare, meaning there is no out-of-pocket cost for eligible participants.

2. Eligibility

To qualify, a client must satisfy ALL of the following: (a) be a new client of Audience Hearing; (b) be 60 years of age or older on the appointment date; (c) not be eligible for HSP services; (d) attend an Audience Hearing clinic; (e) complete the assessment on or before 31 August 2026; (f) provide any identification or information reasonably requested to verify eligibility. (g) have a valid GP referral for bulk billed service.

3. Exclusion of HSP Clients

This promotion is not available to any person eligible for HSP. Audience Hearing may verify eligibility before, during or after booking. If a client is found to be HSP eligible, the promotional offer may be withdrawn, and the client may instead be offered services through HSP in accordance with program rules.

4. One Offer Only

Limited to one complimentary assessment per eligible person during the promotion. Cannot be obtained through multiple bookings, clinics, clinicians, identities, contact details or repeat appointments.

5. Promotion Period

Assessment must be completed by 31 August 2026. Booking before the expiry date does not preserve eligibility if the appointment occurs afterwards unless confirmed in writing by Audience Hearing.

6. Included Service

Includes one standard adult hearing assessment as clinically appropriate. The clinician determines which tests are required. The promotion does not guarantee every audiological test, diagnosis, report or treatment.

7. Exclusions

Does not include wax removal, tinnitus assessment, vestibular testing, CAPD testing, hearing aids, hearing aid services, medico-legal or insurance reports, WorkCover assessments, industrial hearing tests, specialist referrals, home visits, nursing home visits, hospital visits, outreach clinics or any service outside a standard adult hearing assessment unless expressly stated.

8. No Government Funding

This promotional assessment is privately funded by Audience Hearing. It is not an HSP-funded service and will only be Medicare bulk billed where a valid Medicare referral exists and all Medicare requirements are satisfied.

9. No Cash Value

The offer has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for credit, retrospectively applied, refunded or used against any other account, product or service.

10. Appointment Policy

Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. Audience Hearing may withdraw the promotional benefit for repeated cancellations, failure to attend, late arrival preventing completion, abusive behaviour, misuse of the booking system or failure to provide requested information.

11. Clinical Suitability

The clinician may postpone, modify or discontinue testing where clinically inappropriate or unsafe, including wax obstruction, infection, pain, inability to obtain reliable responses or need for urgent medical referral. No substitute benefit is provided if the assessment cannot safely proceed.

12. No Obligation to Purchase

There is absolutely no obligation to purchase hearing aids or any additional service. Recommendations remain entirely at the discretion of the client.

13. Misuse and Fraud

Audience Hearing may refuse, cancel or recover the benefit where false information, identity misuse, duplicate bookings, HSP misrepresentation, attempted double funding or other abuse of the promotion is reasonably suspected. Audience Hearing may correct billing errors and notify relevant authorities where legally required.

14. Availability

Offer is subject to clinician availability, clinic capacity, operational requirements and equipment availability. Advertising the promotion does not guarantee appointment availability.

15. Variation or Withdrawal

Subject to Australian Consumer Law, Audience Hearing may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion due to operational requirements, safety, misuse, legislative changes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

16. Privacy

Information supplied may be used to verify eligibility, book appointments, maintain clinical records and comply with legal obligations in accordance with Audience Hearing’s Privacy Policy.

17. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Important Clarifications

• Existing Audience Hearing clients are not eligible.
• The promotion is available only at Audience Hearing clinic locations.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion unless approved in writing.
• Audience Hearing’s decision regarding promotional eligibility is final, acting reasonably and subject to Australian law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits a client’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Complimentary Wax Removal Promotion

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 01/07/2026

1. Promotion Overview

Audience Hearing Pty Ltd (‘Audience Hearing’) offers one (1) complimentary ear wax removal session to eligible clients as part of our Hearing Health Package. The offer is provided in conjunction with a comprehensive hearing assessment completed at Audience Hearing.

2. Eligibility

To qualify, clients must:

(a) be a new client of Audience Hearing;

(b) hold a valid Australian Pensioner Concession Card or other concession card accepted under the Hearing Services Program (HSP);

(c) be eligible for HSP services;

(d) complete a comprehensive hearing assessment at Audience Hearing; and

(e) provide documentation required to verify eligibility.

3. Existing Hearing Service Providers

Clients currently receiving hearing services through another provider are not eligible unless they formally transfer their Hearing Services Program file to Audience Hearing and complete a hearing assessment with Audience Hearing.

4. Complimentary Service Limit

The promotion includes one (1) complimentary wax removal session per eligible client. It is not transferable, redeemable for cash, exchangeable for another service or product, or able to be accumulated.

5. Ongoing Wax Removal

The first wax removal is provided free of charge. Following this, patients are entitled to one wax removal session every 12 months at the current Pensioner Concession Rate of $65.00. Any additional wax removal appointments within the following 12 months will be charged at the current Pensioner Concession Rate of $100.00 per session (or the current published concession rate if revised). Fees are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

6. Clinic Attendance Only

This promotion is available only for appointments conducted at an Audience Hearing clinic. It excludes home visits, residential aged care facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, outreach clinics, community visits and any mobile service.

7. Hearing Assessment Requirement

The complimentary wax removal forms part of Audience Hearing’s Hearing Health Package and is only available in conjunction with a hearing assessment. Audience Hearing may determine the order and timing of services. Clients declining the hearing assessment are not eligible.

8. Clinical Suitability

Wax removal will only be performed where clinically appropriate. Audience Hearing may refuse, postpone or discontinue treatment if contraindications, infection, suspected perforation, recent surgery, bleeding, pain or any condition requiring GP/ENT referral is identified. The promotion does not guarantee wax removal can be completed.

9. Appointment Attendance

Clients who fail to attend, repeatedly reschedule, or fail to comply with Audience Hearing’s cancellation policy may forfeit eligibility. Standard cancellation policies apply.

10. Identification

Audience Hearing may request proof of concession status, HSP eligibility and identification. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the offer being declined.

11. Combination With Other Offers

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher, discount or complimentary service unless expressly stated by Audience Hearing.

12. Promotion Availability

The promotion is available only while advertised by Audience Hearing and may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect appointments already confirmed for eligible clients unless required by law.

13. Redemption Period

The complimentary wax removal must be redeemed within 30 days of the associated hearing assessment unless Audience Hearing agrees otherwise in writing. Unused offers automatically expire.

14. Transfer Away

Clients who transfer their hearing services away from Audience Hearing after receiving complimentary service may be deemed ineligible for future promotional offers at the discretion of Audience Hearing.

15. No Substitute Benefit

Where clinical assessment determines wax removal is unnecessary or unsuitable, no cash refund, credit, substitute service or alternative promotional benefit will be provided.

16. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected will be managed in accordance with Audience Hearing’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.

18. Acceptance

By booking or attending an appointment under this promotion, the client acknowledges that they:

• have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
• meet the eligibility requirements;
• consent to verification of their eligibility;
• understand the complimentary wax removal forms part of the Hearing Health Package; and
• agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
